Terms and conditions

  1. This competition is available to all existing OspreyFX traders.

  2. This competition will run from NY market open on 27th November, 2024 to NY market close on 6th December, 2024.

  3. To take part in this competition traders need:

  4. To deposit funds into a Gold Rush Competition Account. Not more than $100 can be deposited as the maximum. Any traders that deposit more will be disqualified.

  5. Those with the highest account balances at the end of the Competition will be the winning parties as long as no disqualifying conditions are met.

  7. The 5 winners will be announced within two weeks of this competition closing.

  8. By accepting their prize, the winner agrees to participate in a written interview and consents to the information provided being used for other marketing purposes e.g. Social Media and/or OspreyFX Newsletter

  9. OspreyFX reserves the right to change the terms of the competition or cancel it at any time. This will be followed up with an announcement on the OspreyFX website.

  11. Traders who wish to be considered as winners of the Competition need to close all positions by the end of the Competition by close of NY session on December 6th. Those who remain with open positions will be disqualified and it will be understood that the trader prefers to continue to trade and hold their positions into the following trading week.
