Halloween Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&C’s”) govern over the Osprey Deposit Reward Promotion (“Promotion”) provided by Osprey LTD and shall prevail in the event of any conflict, discrepancy or otherwise inconsistency with any other communications including, without limitation, eventual advertising or promotional materials.

The Promotion is organized by and under the responsibility of Osprey LTD, a company incorporated under the Laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands under the company registration number 119118 and with registered address at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, MH 96960, Republic of Marshall Islands (hereinafter “Osprey”, “we”, “our”, as the case may be).

Please read these T&Cs carefully. You are under no obligation to participate nor benefit from the Promotion. Should you have any objections, reservations, difficulty in fully understanding, or otherwise disagree with these T&Cs, whether completely or in part, you should neither participate or benefit from the Promotion. The T&Cs stipulated herein must be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions found on the Osprey website (“Osprey T&C’s”) .

Consent
By following the required steps to participate in the Promotion pursuant to “How to participate” hereunder, you acknowledge and give your tacit consignment to be subjected to the terms and conditions set forth hereinbelow.
The foregoing notwithstanding, we reserve the right to amend or alter, whether in whole or in part, these T&Cs, regardless of notice in advance to the Participant.

Term
Participants will be accepted to the Promotion from October 23rd, 2023, Monday at 00:00 until November 3rd, 2023, Friday at 23:59 GMT+2.
Any person who fails to participate within the aforementioned time period will not be eligible to the Promotion.

Eligibility
Shall be deemed eligible to participate in the Promotion those individuals from our community who meet all the following criteria:

• eighteen (18) years of age, or older
(by consenting to participate in the Promotion, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years-old);
• is a client with Osprey and has a Super Leverage account; and
• residing in a country listed as a restricted territories in accordance with Osprey’s general terms of service (available in our website, at https://ospreyfx.com/).
(You understand that there may be restrictions or laws in some jurisdictions that prohibit your participation in the Promotion, further provided that any and all responsibility for the enrolment to participate in the Promotion are in a manner strictly complaint under the relevant laws of your jurisdiction is exclusively yours).

How to Participate
In addition to being eligible pursuant to the foregoing, for the purposes of effectively being accepted as a participant in the Promotion you need to adhere to the following:

– to claim the Promotion, each Participant must make a deposit into their Super Leverage Account (only in one account). This deposit should not be used to claim any other rewards from any other ongoing campaigns with Osprey.
– The Promotion is available only once for a single Super Leverage Account per Participant.
– The Promotion provides the Participant with a deposit reward of ten per cent (10%) of the deposited amount. The maximum deposit reward that may be received by a single client is one hundred EURO (€100) or its equivalent in another currency.
– Upon satisfying the above conditions, the deposit reward will be credited to the Participant’s trading account as a CREDIT amount which cannot be withdrawn.

Closing
Once the Participant claims the Promotion on their deposit during the Term, it cannot be used again and is valid for a one-time use only.
Under no circumstance shall Osprey be deemed responsible or liable for eventual setbacks, delays or otherwise errors with the Promotion.

Disqualification
Participants found to be in breach of any of these T&Cs will not be eligible to the Promotion.
This includes but is not limited to any fraudulent activity that may be detected, which could jeopardize fairness or equality.
The Company reserves the right to monitor the usage of the coupon code and to implement necessary measures to prevent its misuse.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy
in addition to the Privacy Policy found under Osprey T&C’s, the following shall also apply in relation to this Promotion:
When conducting this Promotion, Osprey may collect the Participants personal information like name, email and mailing address. Osprey safeguards this data through a secure website and information security measures (e.g., encryption protocols, firewall systems).
Osprey refrains from retaining personal data beyond the Promotion’s purpose or sharing it with third parties, except as necessary for Promotion administration. The Promotion adheres to data privacy laws and official rules explicitly detail data collection, utilization, retention and disposal procedures.
Osprey does not employ entrant information for giveaway/sweepstakes mailing lists without consent or a clear opt-out method. Consent for future emails includes prominent opt-out options. In the same vein, Osprey maintains a notification system enabling individuals to exclude their details from mailing lists used for skill contests or giveaways/promotions.

Disclaimer
Osprey reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Promotion or any part of it, at any time, without notice, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part or at any time.
The participant acknowledges that the Promotion is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
Osprey is not responsible for:

• any technical issues that may prevent participation in the Promotion including but not limited to technical glitches due to server overload.
• any losses or damages of any kind that may be sustained as a result of the Promotion. Therefore, the Participant shall hold harmless Osprey from and against all claims, demands, costs and expenses (including legal costs and expenses) or liabilities of whatever nature or kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion; including but not limited to those arising from issues related to Osprey’s platform.
• The Participant not being able to participant in the Promotion during the Term and not making a deposit in time.
