Terms & Conditions

1. The promotional offer will take place from 4th January 2021 to 4th February 2021.

2. This promotional offer will only apply to users who join the OspreyFX Affiliate Program during the promotion dates found in clause 1.

3. To be eligible for the $5.00 per referral, the referee must create an OspreyFX account and deposit a minimum of $10 and trade a minimum of 2 standard lots between Monday, January 4th, 2021 00:00 GMT-4/ 06:00 CEST and Thursday 4th February 2021 23:59 GMT-4/ 05:59 CEST.

4. If the requirements in clause 3 are met, the referral bonus will be paid out to applicable Affiliates every Friday, in addition to any unpaid commission generated from referral trades.

5. During this promotional period, the standard $2.50 per lot traded by referred customers will be paid to Affiliates, excluding any other promotional offers active at the time.

6. Once the promotion has ended, no extra payment will be earned by Affiliates per referral made and the standard $2.50 per lot will be paid out to all Affiliates, excluding any other promotional offers.

7. Bonuses earned from the Refer a Friend Promotion are to be withdrawn in Bitcoin.

8. OspreyFX reserves the right to delay payment of a $5 bonus per referral by one (1) week, to its discretion.

9. OspreyFX reserves the right to end the promotional offer at any date, to its discretion.
