If you are having issues receiving our e-mails, you would need to set our e-mail as not Spam or set them in the Safelist of your iCloud account.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to your iCloud e-mail account.
- Go to your Junk folder.
- Open our email.
- Tap the Arrow button on the top right-hand side.
- Tap Move Message.
- Choose Inbox.
- Select the Move option.
