If you are having issues receiving our e-mails, you would need to set our e-mail as not Spam or set them in the Safelist of your Outlook account.
Step by Step Guide
- Access your Outlook Mail account.
- Open our e-mail from your junk folder.
- Select the It’s not junk button in your e-mail.
- Click Report and the e-mail will go to your primary inbox.
This will mark the e-mail as Not Junk.
