If you are having issues receiving our e-mails, you would need to set our e-mail as not Spam or set them in the Safelist of your Zoho account.

- Log in to your Zoho e-mail account.
- Select the Spam folder on the left.
- Find our e-mail in the folder and right-click on the e-mail.
- Click Mark as not spam.
