Step-by-Step Guide

If you would like to cancel a Withdrawal request on your account:

• Click on the Withdraw button and find the withdrawal request you would like to cancel.

Kindly note that to be able to cancel your withdrawal, the status would need to be either Waiting Info or Waiting Approval.

• Click on Cancel on the far right-hand side of your withdrawal request.

• You will be asked if you would like to proceed with canceling your request. 

• Once you click on Proceed, your withdrawal request will be successfully canceled.
