When you sign up with OspreyFX we automatically enable the Email 2FA as a measure of security, but you can choose a different method at any time you prefer. You have the option to use Authentication Apps, set up the SMS confirmation, or keep using your e-mail.

Step-by-Step Guide
How to activate 2FA on your OspreyFX Account:
- Click Settings.
- Select one of the options and Enable 2FA.
- If you choose to use the Authentication through an Authenticator App, once you have your authentication app downloaded, you can now scan the QR code on the screen and enter the code shown to you on the app.
- Scan the QR code.
- Enter the code presented to you on the app screen inside the field in your OspreyFX Account.
- Click Submit.
- Two-Factor Authentication is now enabled and will be available when you next sign into your Account.
- If you are having an issue scanning the QR code, please click the Unable to scan? link and enter the code on the screen.
- To disable any of the authentication you can just go to the Disable button on the Settings dashboard. But remember, for your security is mandatory to have at least one of them enabled.
