You would receive an email containing your log in details to access your Trading Account.
Please use your account number and trader password to login to your trading account.

Using your investor password will not allow you to place any trades or make any amendments to your open positions as this enables access to a read-only interface to your live account only.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder to see if you can find the email there.
You will need to manually create a trading account under your My Accounts tab to receive your login details via email.
