If your document/s did not contain any of the following, that might be the reason your document/s was/were denied.

Proof of ID document

We would need ONE of the following:

• Driving License
• Passport 
• Other government-issued ID

Guidelines:

• Any ID document provided needs to be Government-issued.
• We need the Front and Back of the document.
• The document must be Valid and In-Date.
• Needs to show your Full Name.
• Date of Birth. 
• Needs to be a Picture ID. 
• We need to see all 4 corners of the document are Visible and that no Data is cut out of the image. 
• The ID needs to be Clear and we can accept Colour and Black and White copies.
